Lease For U provides medical equipment leasing to healthcare institutions and professionals across various specialties.
Managing contracts, payment schedules, and account statements relied on manual tasks spread across multiple tools. This increased the risk of errors and meant that portfolio growth was directly tied to adding more people to the operations team.
The goal was clear: automate portfolio management, integrate internal tools, and prepare the platform for growth without needing to rebuild it later.
ARCUS developed a custom portfolio management system in Bubble, with automated processes in Make. Information that was previously scattered is now centralized on a single platform.
The system manages the contract lifecycle and automatically generates payment schedules. By replacing repetitive data entry with automated rules, manual errors have been virtually eliminated.
Client-specific views and business dashboards were also created so that the operations and finance teams work with the same information and can make decisions faster.
The project included requirements gathering, architecture, UI/UX design, integrations, automation, testing, and onboarding for internal teams.
Lease For U reduced its portfolio processing time by more than 50%. Furthermore, the platform can now handle up to three times as many clients without losing stability or speed.
This allows the company to scale its operations without a proportional increase in manual tasks or team size.
